Joan Rivers Offers More Advice To Rihanna!!!

Motor-mouth host of the E! Fashion Police television show Joan Rivers has made yet another comment directly at Rihanna regarding her professed lingering feelings for her blonde-haired former bust down Chris Breezy.
After Rih clapped back at the funny faced fashionista for her ratchet twitter outburst last week, Joan had this to say in response:

While this comment was a little more tamed than the the one Joan made on Friday, we’re thinking it’s probably still “too much, too late” where Rih is concerned.
